Job Opening: Live Stream Sales Host

Digital Heroes is seeking an engaging, high-energy, and flexible Live Stream Sales Host to join our team. We host live "breaks" and selling events for all types of trading cards—including Sports, Non-Sports, and TCGs—and are looking for a dedicated individual to run these streams on camera. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the spotlight, has a natural ability to sell, and is looking for flexible, supplemental income with significant growth potential.

Streams will primarily take place on Whatnot, with potential expansion to other platforms such as TikTok, Twitch, and YouTube as we grow.


Schedule & Availability

  • Hours: This position will start at less than 15 hours per week, with the potential to increase as our streaming presence grows.
  • Flexibility: There are no guaranteed minimum or maximum hours; streaming schedules depend on product releases, stream performance, and platform requirements.
  • Typical Shifts: Candidates must be available for morning setup and filming through the afternoon on weekdays.
  • Occasional Shifts: Some evening or weekend streams may be scheduled based on special events or new product launches.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Host Live Streams: Act as the face of Digital Heroes on Whatnot and other platforms, presenting and selling a wide variety of trading cards live on camera.
  • Product Interaction: Present and open (“rip”) sports, non-sports, and gaming card products live while building a positive, energetic environment for viewers.
  • Technical Support: Assist with the setup and breakdown of streaming equipment, including lighting, cameras, and streaming software.
  • Post-Stream Logistics: Sort and organize cards immediately following a stream to ensure accurate and efficient shipping fulfillment.
  • Collaborative Growth: Work with the team to develop new stream formats, engagement strategies, and content improvements.
  • Platform Coordination: Attend occasional meetings with platform representatives to stay updated on the latest streaming tools and requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • On-Camera Presence: The ability to speak well for long periods and effectively sell both the product and yourself on camera is our top priority.
  • Streaming Experience: Experience navigating and hosting on platforms like Whatnot, YouTube, Twitch, or TikTok is highly preferred.
  • Social Media/Influencer Background: Any experience managing a social media presence or acting as a brand "influencer" is a significant plus.
  • Willingness to Learn: We are willing to train the right candidate on specific product knowledge. Existing knowledge of Sports cards, Non-Sports cards, or TCGs (Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, etc.) is a plus.
  • Reliability: You must be at least 18 years of age with a valid state/federal photo ID and social security card.
  • Compliance: Potential employees may be required to pass a background check, credit check, and/or drug testing.
