DH News for the week of 10/27/2025
Get ready for a fun-filled week as we celebrate Halloween and gaming! This Friday, October 31st, we are participating in the downtown Walla Walla "Games on Alder" event. Stop by our shop for a fun activity outside where kids can play a game to snag some candy! Inside, we're taking part in "Trick or Read," giving out free comics to everyone, and you just might find some extra candy waiting if you show up in costume! The fun continues on Saturday, November 1st, as we celebrate Game Store Day. We'll be hosting a big tabletop gaming sale with special discounts, fun giveaways, and don't forget to spin the prize wheel for a chance at some fantastic loot!

Join us this Sunday, November 2nd, at 12:00 PM for the annual Yu-Gi-Oh! Holiday Charity Event! Compete for a good cause in this special Constructed format tournament. To enter, simply bring at least five non-perishable food items, which will be donated to a local charity. In exchange for your donation, you'll receive a sticker sheet to use during the tournament. The event will follow Swiss-style rules, consisting of four rounds of best-of-three matches. Here's the fun part: you'll ante up one sticker per match, and at the end of the tournament, you'll trade your stickers in for booster packs—one sticker equals one pack!
