There are several issues that we at DH are managing behind the scenes. Recently, Diamond Comics Distribution filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Diamond was previously the primary distribution point for comics and related merchandise. Over the years, and especially since Covid, their monopoly has weakened. Some companies remain exclusive with Diamond, but this is changing quickly. At DH, we have always diversified our supply chain, so if Diamond ceases operations, 90% of our customers will not be affected. For the remaining 10% who read comics only available from Diamond, many of those companies are in the process of establishing alternative distribution channels. Please be assured that at DH, we diligently monitor these developments and remain committed to minimizing any disruptions that may impact our customers.
