How do Pre-Orders work?

We take orders for some products that have yet to ship (or are restocking) from the manufacturer to allow you to reserve them. Prepaid pre-orders may only be canceled by the customer within 14 days of placing your order and will be subjected to restocking fees. All pre-orders are subject to cancelation due to product changes or allocations made by the manufacturer. Refunds will be issued if we are forced to allocate or cancel your order.  Please note that the release dates we provide for all pre-orders are very tentative and subject to change. We attempt to keep our product description pages up to date, but we are not responsible for changes made to the product by the manufacturer prior to release. Prepaid pre-orders are typically shipped within 48 hours after we receive the product (see Shipping Policy). Please be aware that all our published release dates are estimates and it is possible we will not receive a product until after the manufacturers published street date.
